Study Rules and Procedures*

*Please note that the preferred method of asking to be called on is to raise your hand on camera; moderators often do not see the "hand raised" button in the Zoom participants window.

1. If you are unable to use video or audio, or are not seen by the moderator, please type a single letter into the Chat window so that the moderator may pause the study at an appropriate time and call on you to speak / read your comment. This is the equivalent of raising your hand during a study and waiting to be acknowledged. The letters to type are as follows:
Q - indicates the user has a question
C - indicates the user has a comment
A - indicates the user has an answer to another user's question

2. To ensure the smooth flow of the discussion, please indicate when you are finished with your comment or answer in chat by typing End, (end), or some variation thereof at the end of your comment.
