VEGETARIAN BREADS

Postby Naraiel » January 21st, 2014, 11:20 am

1) Leek and Roastic Garlic Coconut Bread

2) Cauliflower Bread

Note: I still can't imagine what kind of veggie burger would go along with this Cauliflower Bread, if any of the visitors try this, let me know which would be a good alternative.

Yes, but I am using the term "Vegetarian Breads" here to refer to bread recipes made without animal ingredients. Some of the recipes of this entry may include eggs, but not regular milk products or derivatives.

Of course, visitors are free to modify the recipes if they want to :)

Thanks for the question.

Oh, I see. "Vegan" is the term for items without animal ingredients; "Vegetarian" just means that it does not contain meat. "Dairy-free" would apply to items with no milk, but that do contain eggs.

oh, thanks for explaining. The "dairy free" terminology has not been very present on my mind. I will keep that in mind for future postings, thanks again. :)
