[Vegan] Steamed Kale

In a large pot, preheat .25 to .5 inches of water to medium-high.
Add enough kale to fill the pot, in addition to desired seasoning (recommendations are Bragg's Amino Acids and garlic).
Stir every 2-3 minutes, adding small amounts of water as necessary.
Eventually the kale will shrink considerably and take on the texture and color of cooked spinach. Remove from heat and serve.
