1. Apply with toothbrush cooled green tea
2. Rinse mouth daily with a few drops of peppermint oil added to warm water
3. Gargle with warm salt water 2 or 3 times per day
4. Rub with aloe vera pulp followed by gargling with plain water
5. Chew fibrous fresh foods such as carrots, broccoli, and peppers
6. Consume fruits rich in vitamin C
7. Rub gums with solution of baking soda and warm water after brushing teeth. This can be done for 60 to 75 days.
